Will the cat be angry with me, and never come back?

Many people who feed feral cats are concerned that their cats will be angry with them, but that has not been our experience. 

In some cases, the cat may not come around for a day or two, but they almost always come back.   After all, you feed them!    Most people report that their feral cats come around more frequently and visit longer after they've been sterilized.
