Aftercare Coordinators

Working under the direction of our Aftercare Manager, our Aftercare Coordinators contact adopters several times during the first few months after adoption to answer any questions, and to affirm that the adoption is a stable and permanent one for both the cat and the adopter.

Contact may be made with adopters via email and/or phone.  Follow-up phone calls take 5-15 minutes each.  The estimated time commitment is 4 hours per week.

Experience with cats is a plus, as our adopters may have behavior-related questions.  Also, experience as a PACT Daily Cat Care Provider and/or Adoption Counselor greatly enhance the capacity of Aftercare Coordinators, but it is not required.   The only requirements are an Internet connection, email and a phone at home.   Experience with Microsoft Word is a plus.
