Aftercare

If you adopt an animal through PACT, we will contact you several times during the first few months after adoption to assist in any questions and to confirm that the adoption is a stable and permanent one for both the cat and the adopter.

Return requests are extremely rare because PACT Adoption Counselors work diligently to carefully match the needs of each animal with the needs of the adopter/adoptive family. However, if for some reason, after many efforts with the adopter, if the adoption does not work out, PACT will always take our animal back.

We pride ourselves on being a resource to our adopters and encourage you to be in contact with us when problems or concerns arise.
